ALUMNI PARTNERS

CAMFED is a pan-African movement revolutionising how girls’ education is delivered. Through a gold-standard system of accountability to the young people and communities it serves, CAMFED has created a model that radically improves girls’ prospects of becoming independent, influential women. Since 1993, it has supported over 4.1 million children, with impact multiplied through CAMA, its powerful alumnae network. Through a three-year partnership, GIFT helped expand secondary education opportunities for 964 girls in rural Tanzania, far surpassing the original goal of 366. By working with local leaders and the CAMA network, the project ensured sustainable impact, as alumnae continue to support other girls in accessing education. A true example of giving it forward.
